What is Saunoa?
Saunoa (SOW-no-ah) is the Finnish verb for to sauna. Step into the deep, dry heat of the cedar sauna, cool off in the river, rest by the water, then go again. Ninety minutes, at your own pace. Bring a swimsuit and two towels.

You Do Not Have to Be a Sauna Person
First-timers, regulars and cold plunge fans all welcome. Come alone to a community session, or bring your crew and book the whole sauna privately. No experience needed, and you decide how long you spend in the heat and the cold.
